Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are fine.

Preheat and Grease Skillet
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Cook Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side (another 1-2 minutes).

Remove pancakes from the skillet and keep warm. Serve stacked with maple syrup and fresh berries on top.
