Directions
- 1
Prepare the Tomato Water
To create tomato water, blend ripe tomatoes until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the liquid. Set aside.
- 2
Infuse the Prosciutto
In a small bowl, mix the slice of prosciutto with a drizzle of olive oil. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- 3
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Bombay Dry Gin, Lillet Blanc, and tomato water. Add a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- 4
Shake It Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- 5
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the infused prosciutto slice and fresh basil leaves.
