Shrimp Preparation

Boil the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning and stir to combine.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the peeled and deveined Gulf shrimp to the boiling water. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.

Ice Bath
Once cooked, immediately transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then drain.
Aleppo Cocktail Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, 1 tablespoon of Aleppo pepper, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Season the Sauce
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture. Stir well to combine until the sauce is smooth and well mixed.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the cocktail sauce and adjust the seasoning according to your preference by adding more salt or Aleppo pepper if desired.
