Method
Brewing the Tea
- 1
Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 1 cup of fresh water to a boil. Ensure that the water reaches a rolling boil for optimal tea extraction.
- 2
Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 teaspoons of black tea leaves. Cover and let it steep for 5 minutes to achieve a robust flavor.
- 3
Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or a tea infuser into a teapot or directly into a cup.
Adding Sweeteners & Milk
- 4
Sweeten the Tea
Add 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar to the brewed tea. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- 5
Add Milk
Pour in 1 cup of milk to the sweetened tea. Stir gently to combine and create a creamy texture.
