Melt chocolate and butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Whisk eggs and sugar
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined and slightly frothy.

Add dry ingredients
Sift in the all-purpose flour and add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Gently fold the flour into the mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Baking

Fill ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter among the prepared ramekins, filling them about 2/3 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges look set but the centers are still soft.

Cool and invert
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes before inverting onto plates.

Dust the warm fondants with powdered sugar. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries on the side.
