    Gather and Measure Ingredients

    Collect all the dried herbs: chamomile flowers, lemongrass, peppermint leaves, and lemon balm. Measure each ingredient as specified.

    In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

    Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the measured dried chamomile flowers, dried lemongrass, dried peppermint leaves, and dried lemon balm to the water.

    Cover the saucepan and let the herbal mixture steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired strength.

    After steeping, strain the herbal tea into cups or a teapot to remove the solid herbs.
