Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add the croutons and 0.5 cup of grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the romaine lettuce.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine 0.5 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 minced garlic clove.

Season the Dressing
Add 0.5 tsp of salt and 0.25 tsp of black pepper to the dressing mixture. Whisk until well combined.

Incorporate Parmesan into Dressing
Stir in 0.25 cup of grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing until evenly distributed.
Combine and Serve

Toss the Salad
Pour the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad components in the bowl. Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve immediately as a side or main dish, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
