In a bowl, combine warm water and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.

Knead the Dough
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Dough
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into small loaves or rolls.

Place shaped dough on a baking sheet, cover with a cloth, and let it rise again for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
