Infused Gin Preparation
- 1
Infuse the Gin
In a clean glass jar, combine the Hendrick's Gin and artichoke hearts. Seal the jar tightly and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 48 hours to infuse the flavors.
- 2
Strain the Gin
After 48 hours, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean bottle, discarding the artichoke hearts. Your artichoke-infused gin is now ready to use.
