Method

Fried Zucchini Sticks

    Prepare the Zucchini

    Slice the zucchini into sticks about 1/4 inch thick.

    Set up Breading Station

    In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

    Bread the Zucchini

    Dip each zucchini stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

    Fry the Zucchini

    Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the zucchini sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Toasted Ravioli

    Cook ravioli according to package instructions, then allow to cool slightly.

    In one bowl, beat the egg. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
