Ravioli Filling Preparation

Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Mix Filling Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, ricotta cheese, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Ravioli Assembly

Prepare Dough
Roll out pasta dough to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into 3-inch squares.

Fill Ravioli
Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over to form a triangle. Seal edges tightly with your fingers or a fork.

Set Up Breading Station
Place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese in three separate shallow bowls.

Bread the Ravioli
Coat each ravioli in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the bread crumb mixture.

Heat Oil
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Ravioli
Fry the breaded ravioli in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve the toasted ravioli hot, with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
