Bread the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp in the flour, shaking off excess, then in the eggs, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture. Set aside.
- 3
Fry the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
BBQ Ribs
- 4
Season the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the ribs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 5
Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- 6
Fettuccine Alfredo
- 7
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- 8
Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- 9
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is reached. Serve with chopped parsley.
