Chicken Parmesan

Fettuccine Alfredo

Method

Chicken Parmesan

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Breading the Chicken

Set up a breading station with one plate for flour, one bowl for beaten eggs, and one plate for breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

  3. 3

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

  4. 4

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Spoon marinara sauce over each chicken breast and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Manicotti

  1. 5

    Cook the Manicotti Shells

Boil manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

  3. 7

    Stuff the Shells

Fill each manicotti shell with the ricotta mixture. Place the filled shells in a baking dish.

  4. 8

    Assemble the Dish

Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed manicotti and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden.

Fettuccine Alfredo

  1. 9

    Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot, boil salted water and cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 10

    Make the Alfredo Sauce

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. 11

    Combine Ingredients

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper.

  4. 12

    Finish the Dish

Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly. Serve hot.
