Prepare the Mushroom Caps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushroom caps by wiping them with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set aside the caps on a baking sheet.

Prepare the Filling
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the finely diced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until softened.

Combine the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed garlic and bell pepper, crab claw meat, shredded mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Take a spoonful of the crab mixture and fill each mushroom cap generously. Place the stuffed mushroom caps back on the baking sheet.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve
Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
