Burrito Filling Preparation

Sauté Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Prepare Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Heat over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped cilantro just before serving.
Assembling the Burrito

Fill Tortillas
Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a plate. Place a portion of the sautéed shrimp in the center of the tortilla.

Wrap Burrito
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the shrimp and then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling completely.

Serve
Top the burrito with the warm seafood sauce. Serve alongside cooked rice, black beans, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
