Cut and prepare upper panels
Trace the US 10 toddler last pattern onto the soft synthetic upper material and cut out the main panels (left and right). Ensure edges are clean and match pattern alignment marks.

Add padding and perforations
Bond padded collar/ankle foam inserts into the collar area using the heat-activated bonding film. Position perforated ventilation zones on the forefoot and medial/lateral midfoot; punch or laser-cut the 12 ventilation holes evenly spaced to maintain breathability and flexibility.

Apply recycled fabric overlay and inner lining
Place the recycled fabric overlay pieces over high-wear zones (toe cap and midfoot). Adhere the inner textile lining (cloud white) to the interior of the upper panels with water-based adhesive, smoothing to avoid wrinkles.

Prepare outsole plate
Select the firm/multi-ground TPU outsole plate sized for US 10 toddler. Inspect for mold marks and ensure stud positions align with the last. Clean bonding surfaces with a dry cloth.

Install studs and toe bumper
Securely attach 6 conical studs in the forefoot and heel zones and 4 bladed/shorter studs in midfoot areas for artificial grass traction. Bond the reinforced toe bumper to the front of the outsole plate using water-based adhesive and allow to set.

Assemble slip-on collar and lacing system
Attach the elastic slip-on collar/heel tab (lucid pink) to the top of the upper with stitching thread and a small amount of adhesive for reinforcement. Integrate the lace cover or lacing system into the vamp and ensure laces can be tightened but the shoe remains easy to pull on.

Add branding and insole
Affix the three lucid-pink 3-stripe overlays to both lateral and medial sides using heat-activated bonding film, trimming excess. Insert the cushioned removable insoles labeled cloud white and ensure they fit flat inside the shoe. Sew in or adhere the US 10 toddler size label.

Bond upper to outsole
Apply a uniform thin layer of water-based adhesive around the perimeter of the outsole plate and corresponding edge of the upper. Pull the upper down over the last and press firmly onto the outsole, aligning heel and toe. Use clamps or press for 10–15 minutes to ensure even bonding.

Stitch and secure joint
Run a reinforcing stitch around the upper-outsole joint using nylon thread to increase durability, especially around the toe and heel areas. Trim any excess thread and adhesive seepage.

Final finishing and quality check
Apply a light protective polish/finishing coat to the upper and stripes to enhance water resistance and visual sheen. Inspect the cleat for fit (using the US 10 toddler last), symmetry, secure studs, comfortable insole seating, correct labeling, and at least 20% recycled material components. Remove from the last and let cure for 24 hours before packaging.
