Method

Preparation

1

Muddle the Cucumber

In a cocktail shaker, take the medium cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Add the cucumber slices to the shaker and muddle gently until the cucumber releases its juices.

2

Add Soju and Lime Juice

Pour 2 oz of Ty Ku Soju and 1 tbsp of lime juice into the shaker with the muddled cucumber.

3

Add Mint Leaves

Add 6 mint leaves to the shaker. Gently press the leaves with the muddler to release their aroma, but do not shred them.

4

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice cubes (to taste) and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

5

Strain into Glass

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. This will filter out the cucumber and mint leaves.

6

Top with Club Soda

Pour 4 oz of club soda over the strained mixture in the glass. Stir gently to combine.

7

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a cucumber slice and a sprig of mint on top. Serve immediately.
