Assembling the Spring Rolls

Soak the Rice Paper
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.

Fill the Wrapper
Lay the softened wrapper on a clean surface. Place a small amount of shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, cucumber, sliced bell pepper, mint, cilantro, and avocado in the center of the wrapper.

Roll the Spring Roll
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it away from you to form a tight roll. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, chili flakes, and minced garlic until well combined.
