Lemon Spicy Sriracha Sauce

Mango Jalapeno Sauce

Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Clean and Season the Wings

In a large bowl, rinse the chicken wings under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels. Season the wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss them until well coated.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven or Grill

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake or Grill the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet or grill. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or grill for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare Sweet Tamarindo Cilantro Sauce

In a bowl, mix tamarind paste, chopped cilantro, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce until well combined.

  2. 5

    Prepare Korean BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently.

  3. 6

    Prepare Lemon Spicy Sriracha Sauce

In a small bowl, mix sriracha sauce, lemon juice, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.

  4. 7

    Prepare Mango Jalapeno Sauce

Combine mango puree, finely chopped jalapeno, lime juice, and honey in a bowl and stir well.

Serving

  1. 8

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven or grill. Choose your desired sauce, and toss the wings in the sauce until evenly coated.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the Mambo Wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and enjoy!
