Shrimp Tempura

Method

Shrimp Tempura Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare Tempura Batter

In a bowl, mix the tempura batter mix with ice-cold water until smooth.

  2. 2

    Fry Shrimp

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Dip each shrimp into the tempura batter and carefully place them in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fried Cheese Preparation

  1. 3

    Coat Cheese Sticks

Dredge mozzarella sticks in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 4

    Fry Cheese Sticks

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated cheese sticks until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Maduro Preparation

  1. 5

    Slice and Fry Plantains

Peel and slice the ripe plantains diagonally. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, and fry the plantain slices until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Guacamole Preparation

  1. 6

    Make Guacamole

In a bowl, combine mashed avocado, lime juice, chopped red onion, cilantro, and salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Mongolian Beef Preparation

  1. 7

    Marinate and Cook Beef

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced beef and let marinate for 15 minutes. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onions and stir for an additional minute.
