Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Mint Preparation

Wash the mint leaves thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel. Chop the mint leaves coarsely to release their essential oils.

  2. 2

    Fruit Preparation

Wash and dice the blueberries, guava, peach, and watermelon into small pieces, ensuring that they are bite-sized for easy mixing.

Mixing

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped mint leaves, diced blueberries, guava, peach, and watermelon.

  2. 4

    Add Flavor Enhancers

Drizzle the honey and lemon juice over the fruit and mint mixture. Then, add the glycerin to help retain moisture and enhance flavor.

  3. 5

    Mix Thoroughly

Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together until everything is well combined and the flavors meld.

Serving

  1. 6

    Store the Mixture

Transfer the mixed hookah flavors into an airtight container and let it sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to develop.

  2. 7

    Prepare for Hookah

When ready to use, take a portion of the mixture and pack it into your hookah bowl, ensuring it is not too tightly packed to allow airflow.
