Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Meats
Season the ribeye steak and chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest.
Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Shrimp
In the same pan, add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Add the sweet chili sauce and cook for an additional minute until heated through.
Make the Guacamole
In a bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Dish
Spread cream cheese over the cooked steak and chicken. Top with crispy bacon, sweet chili shrimp, and a generous dollop of guacamole.
