1. Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp, salmon, skirt steak, chorizo, chicken, and pork to the marinade. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Remove proteins from marinade and grill each type separately. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, skirt steak for 4-5 minutes per side, chorizo for 3-4 minutes, chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, and pork for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
4. Rest the Grilled Proteins
Once cooked, remove proteins from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
5. Prepare Extras
Prepare your choice of two extras such as grilled vegetables, rice, or salad.
6. Serve
Arrange the grilled proteins on a platter and serve with your selected extras.
