Mixing Instructions

    Prepare the Glass

    Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

    Mix the Martini

    In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Tanqueray No 10 Gin and Dry Vermouth.

    Stir

    Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain

    Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass and strain the gin mixture into the glass.

  5. 5

    Garnish

    Add a strip of lemon zest over the drink and drop in an olive. Serve with a small dollop of mascarpone cheese on the side.
