In a large pot, bring 5 liters of water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the gluten-free malt extract until fully dissolved.

Prepare the wort

Add the hops to the wort and return to a boil. Boil for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 60 minutes, remove the pot from heat and cool the wort quickly using an immersion chiller or an ice bath.

Cool the wort

Once the wort has cooled to about 20°C (68°F), transfer it to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Sprinkle the yeast on top and seal with an airlock.

Fermentation

Allow the beer to ferment for 1-2 weeks at a constant temperature (around 20°C/68°F) until fermentation is complete.

Conditioning

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve priming sugar in a small amount of water and add to the beer. Bottle the beer and cap. Allow to condition for another 1-2 weeks.
