Prepare the Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the bread into small cubes (about 1-inch in size) and place them in a mixing bowl.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth. Season with black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water and dry thoroughly with a salad spinner or paper towels. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and Caesar dressing.

Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
