Method
Preparation of Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Clean and Trim the Brussels Sprouts
Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water. Trim the stem ends and remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves.

Cut in Half
Slice each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
Drizzle the olive oil over the Brussels sprouts, add salt and black pepper, and toss until they are evenly coated.
Roasting

Spread and Roast
Arrange the seasoned Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and tender.

Add Parmesan
In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts and return to the oven until the cheese is crispy and melted.
Prepare Roasted Garlic Parmesan Seasoning

Mix Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Set aside.
Make Caesar Dipping Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Whisk Until Smooth
Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
