Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 6-8 minutes.

Season the Beef
Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.

Melt the Cheeses
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add the white queso cheese, milk, and cream cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Everything
In a large serving dish, layer the seasoned ground beef, followed by the melted queso. Top with pico de gallo and puffed wheat chicharrónes.
