Method

Preparing the Fries

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) to prepare for baking the fries.

  2. 2

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the frozen French fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.

Preparing the Toppings

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

While the fries are baking, cook the applewood smoked bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

  2. 5

    Chop the Green Onions

Wash and finely slice the green onions, separating the green tops from the white bottoms.

  3. 6

    Heat the Queso Sauce

In a small saucepan, heat the white queso sauce over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Assembling the Loaded Fries

  1. 7

    Combine the Toppings

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and layer the crispy fries on a serving platter.

  2. 8

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle the cooked bacon pieces over the fries, followed by the sliced green onions (both white and green parts).

  3. 9

    Drizzle Queso

Finally, drizzle the warm white queso sauce generously over the top of the loaded fries.
