Prepare the Pickles
Drain the pickle chips thoroughly on paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, set up your breading station: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with cornmeal mixed with ranch seasoning and grated parmesan cheese.

Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Pickles
Fry the breaded pickle chips in batches, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Mix the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, minced jalapeños, lime juice, and garlic powder. Stir well until fully blended.
