Method

Preparing the Salad

  1. 1

    Chop the Romaine

Rinse and dry the Romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place it in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the cucumber into small cubes. Add both to the salad bowl with the chopped Romaine.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese and Croutons

Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the salad. Add the croutons on top.

Grilling the Chicken

  1. 4

    Season the Chicken

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.

  2. 5

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

  3. 6

    Slice the Chicken

After resting, slice the grilled chicken into strips and set aside.

Making the Dressing

  1. 7

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, whisk together the Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 8

    Combine Salad and Chicken

Add the sliced grilled chicken to the salad bowl with the chopped vegetables.

  2. 9

    Drizzle with Dressing

Pour the dressing over the salad and chicken, tossing gently to combine all ingredients.

  3. 10

    Serve

Serve immediately on plates, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
