Method

Wagyu Beef Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Wagyu Beef

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Season the American Wagyu Prime Grade Beef with salt and pepper. Place it in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

Turkey Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hand-pulled Turkey

If using store-bought hand-pulled turkey, heat it gently in a microwave or on the stovetop until warmed through. If you prefer to make it from scratch, slow-cook turkey breast until tender, then shred it.

Bacon Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hickory-smoked honey-cured bacon until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Vegetables Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the lettuce leaf. Slice the tomato and onion into thin rounds.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. 5

    Build the Club Sandwich

On a slice of club sandwich bread, spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Layer with the sliced Wagyu beef, followed by the hand-pulled turkey, crispy bacon slices, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Top with another slice of bread, then repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients. Finish with the last slice of bread on top.

Serve

  1. 6

    Cut and Serve

Cut the sandwich into quarters or halves, depending on your preference. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
