Begin by slicing the mini sub rolls in half. Layer the deli meats of your choice evenly across the bottom half of each roll.

Place slices of cheese on top of the deli meats. Add lettuce and tomato slices on top of the cheese. Spoon mayonnaise or mustard onto the top half of the rolls before closing.

Carefully place the top half of each roll onto the assembled ingredients to complete the mini sub. Cut each sub in half if desired.
