Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half for even cooking.
- 2
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together honey, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 3
Coat the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and then pour the honey Sriracha sauce over them. Mix well to ensure all the sprouts are evenly coated.
- 4
Roast the Sprouts
Spread the coated Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Once done, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven, and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
