Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the salmon is marinating.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Slice the bell peppers into strips and the zucchini into rounds. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

  2. 4

    Grill the Vegetables

Once the grill is ready, place the vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are cooked, place the salmon fillets on a plate and arrange the grilled vegetables around them. Serve immediately.
