Method
Prepare the Chicken

Season the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

Grill the Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cook the Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.

Cook Fettuccine
Add the fettuccine pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce

Add Cream and Garlic
Once the butter is melted, add the heavy cream and minced garlic. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Cheese and Seasonings
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combine and Serve

Mix Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.

Slice Chicken
Slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Plate the fettuccine Alfredo and top with sliced chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
