Chicken Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- 4
Slice the Tomato
Wash the tomato and slice it into thin rounds.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place two lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise, followed by the grilled chicken breast slices. Top with tomato slices and cap with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
