Crab Stuffed Potato

Grilled Oysters

In a bowl, combine the shucked oysters, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Prepare the Oyster Mixture

In a separate bowl, mix the ground beef with the oyster mixture. Form into two patties.

Form the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Melt the Cheese

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and toast the burger buns until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

On the bottom bun, layer the lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, and a drizzle of hot sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.

Bake the Potatoes

In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, chopped green onions, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Filling

Once the potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Slice each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh, leaving a small border. Mix the scooped-out potato flesh into the crab mixture and stir until combined. Spoon the crab mixture back into the potato halves.

Stuff the Potatoes

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and paprika over the stuffed potatoes. Drizzle melted butter on top. Return the potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious crab stuffed potatoes!

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy, usually around 20-25 minutes.

Cook the Fries

In a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once hot, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Chili

Once fries are cooked, remove them from the oven. Layer the fries on a serving platter or individual plates, top with the chili mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Assemble the Dish

Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, top with sour cream and chopped green onions as desired, and serve immediately.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Carefully shuck the oysters, leaving the meat in the bottom shell. Place them on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill grates.

Prepare the Oysters

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make the Topping

Spoon the butter mixture over each oyster, ensuring they are well-coated. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each oyster.

Place the tray on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 5-7 minutes or until the oysters are cooked through and the topping is bubbling and golden brown.
