Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into three equal portions, each weighing about 1/4 lb. Shape each portion into a patty, making them slightly larger than the buns as they will shrink while cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, split the buns and toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Start with the bottom bun, add a generous spread of smoked tomato aioli, then stack one cheeseburger patty on top. Add a layer of Mac's house pickles, followed by another patty, more aioli, and pickles. Finally, add the third patty, top it with any remaining pickles, and finish with the top bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the Triple Patty Daddy with your favorite side, such as fries or a salad, and enjoy!
