Prepare the Hibiscus Tea
Brew hibiscus tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.

Combine Juices
In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, cooled hibiscus tea, and pineapple juice. Stir well.

Add Sprite
Just before serving, add Sprite to the juice mixture and stir gently to combine.

Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the Sunset Spritz over the ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves.
