Method

Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Smoked Garlic Aioli

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  3. 3

    Shape the Burger Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

  4. 4

    Cook the Burger

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patty over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Add the slice of white American cheese on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger bun lightly, then spread the smoked garlic aioli on the bottom half. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side or fries.
