Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until wings are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Prepare the Smoker
Soak hickory wood chips in water for 30 minutes. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C) and place the soaked wood chips in the smoker box.

Smoke the Wings
Place the marinated wings on the smoker rack. Smoke for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and develop a rich smoky flavor.
