In a cocktail shaker, combine the pineapple-mango vodka, Cruzan coconut rum, pineapple juice, sour mix, and ice cubes.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass or cocktail glass.
