Fried Eggrolls
Method
Preparation & Cooking
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the pulled pork, coleslaw mix, and cooked macaroni. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- 2
Fill the Eggrolls
Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 4
Fry the Eggrolls
Carefully add eggrolls to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally for even cooking. Remove and drain on paper towels.
