Prepare the Rice
In a large pot, bring 6 cups of chicken broth to a boil. Add the long-grain white rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.

Cook the Meat
In a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat, add the ground beef and ground pork. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Season the Mixture
Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Combine Rice and Meat Mixture
Add the cooked rice to the meat and vegetable mixture. Stir until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
