Preparation
- 1
Cook the Chicken Breast
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let cool, then dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- 3
Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the romaine lettuce and pat it dry. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
Assembly
- 4
Spread the Condiments
On one side of each slice of sourdough bread, spread mayonnaise on one slice and mustard on another.
- 5
Layer the Ingredients
On the slice with mayonnaise, layer the diced chicken, diced ham, crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, and tomato slices. Top with the second slice of bread (mustard side down).
- 6
Finish the Sandwich
Add the final slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down. Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters as desired.
