Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the macaroni noodles. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain and Cool
Once cooked, drain the macaroni noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside to cool.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare the Romaine
While the macaroni cools, wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooled macaroni noodles to the bowl of romaine. Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss gently until everything is well coated.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the seasoned croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
