Fry the Tortilla Chips
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Cut the corn tortillas into quarters and fry them in batches until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.

Prepare the Sauce
In a separate pan, heat the green salsa over medium heat. If you prefer red sauce, you can substitute with red salsa instead.

Combine Chips and Sauce
Once the salsa is warm, add the fried tortilla chips to the pan and toss them gently to coat with the sauce. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the chips are slightly softened.

Assemble the Dish
To serve, place the sauced tortilla chips on a plate. Top with shredded cheese, sliced avocado, and the fried eggs. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
