Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let rest.
- 2
Make the Marsala Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the sliced cremini mushrooms and cook until they are browned, about 5 minutes.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and place it on a plate. Spoon the mushroom Marsala sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled broccolini.
