Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.

Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Combine Chicken and Sauce
Place the fried chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate skillet, sauté fresh spinach with a drizzle of olive oil until wilted.
